Seeds harvested at the end of the 2021 season from our organic shumei-style mountain-top garden. These peas were grown together and probably have hybridized. The varieties include snow, sugar snap, and shelling peas. Expect vigorous, tall vines that require staking. Plant early outdoors in April as soon as soil can be worked to harvest peas/pods; or plant later in the season for young shoots which are great in salads and sandwiches. For growing in the 2022 season; seeds kept in cool and dry conditions may remain viable for 2023.
