Seeds harvested at the end of the 2021 season from our organic shumei-style mountain-top garden. Giant, gorgeous, sunny sunflowers! They produce an abundance of edible seeds and thick tall stalks with big flowers. Plant outdoors after the last frost date; can be sown as late as the end of July for smaller plants. For growing in the 2022 season; seeds kept in cool and dry conditions may remain viable for 2023.
